Premium Church Choir Presale

Tickets will be available to Premium Church Choir members first in the Church Choir presale starting Monday, May 5th at 10am local.

Please note:

• Premium members are limited to six (6) tickets per show and thirty (30) tickets for the entire tour (including pit tickets).

• The Philadelphia Church Choir presale will begin Monday, May 12th at 10am local time.

NEW Pit Ticket Request Process (Premium Members)

The pit belongs to the Church Choir. That’s why on the Free the Machine tour, we’re putting a system in place to protect that.

To ensure that tickets stay in the hands of Choir members, we will be using a Pit Ticket Request System, combined with in-person will call pickup (except where prohibited by law). This is the most effective way to keep scalpers out and make sure tickets go directly to the fans who deserve them.

Starting NOW, Premium Church Choir members can request to purchase up to two pit tickets per show (Four show max). Upon requesting pit tickets, you’ll need to enter payment information. Use your unique Church Choir presale code to gain access now.

Tickets must be requested by Thursday, May 1st at 4pm ET. On Friday, May 2nd, you will be notified if you have been selected or not. If selected, your payment will be processed automatically.

PLEASE NOTE:

• This process applies to all shows except Des Moines and Cleveland. Pit tickets for these two shows will go on sale at 10am on Monday, May 5th.
• All pit tickets will be in-person will call pickup only (where allowed by law) to help keep them out of the scalpers’ reach.
• You may be confirmed for all, some, or none of the shows you request.

This new system is all about fairness and making sure that real fans can experience these shows from the pit.

A public registration presale via Seated kicks off Tuesday, May 6th at 10am local for Non-Premium Church Choir members and the general public. To register, please visit ericchurch.com/tours and sign up for your desired date.
