Members are responsible for managing their membership settings within their account. To downgrade to a free membership, members must disable auto-renew prior to the next billing cycle. Disabling auto-renew will prevent future renewal charges but will not result in a refund for any current or prior membership payments.
To disable future membership renewals via web:
Go HERE to log into your membership account.
Select Membership & Settings.
Select Manage Membership.
Click Disable Auto-Renew.
To disable future membership renewals via mobile app:
Tap the three lines in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select My Membership
Click Disable Auto-Renew.
Disabling auto-renew prevents future billing only and does not issue or qualify the member for a refund.
Membership must be disabled within your account settings to stop future billing. For security reasons, we do not process requests to disable membership or issue refunds via email.
