PLEASE NOTE:
Tickets are extremely limited. Signing up for the Presale does not guarantee that every Premium Church Choir member will get access to the sale. Additionally, getting selected from the sign-ups and getting access to the sale does not guarantee tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Who has access to Presale tickets?
All tickets will be offered first to Premium Church Choir members via a Presale sign-up system OPEN NOW and closing at 11:59 PM CT on Sunday, March 17th. Existing Premium members can find their unique Presale sign-up code on their membership profile now.
Where do I go to sign up for a chance at Presale access?
Go HERE. After entering your Presale sign-up code, the system will ask you to cart the FREE Presale product and create a TIXR account to complete your checkout. You will not be entering your Church Choir credentials at this step. After checking out, you will receive your confirmation emails from TIXR. If you continue to have issues with your TIXR account, please file a support ticket HERE.
Why do I need to sign-up for a chance at Presale access?
The goal of the Presale sign-up system is to block bots and get more tickets directly into the hands of real fans who intend to be at a show.
As a Premium member, am I automatically granted access to the Presale?
No. Using the unique Presale code found on your membership profile, all Premium Choir members must sign up for a chance at Presale access.
How do I find my Presale sign-up code?
Log in to your Premium Church Choir account at ericchurch.com. After logging in, select the ‘PRESALE CODES’ tab to see your unique Presale sign-up code.
I just signed up as a Premium Church Choir member. Will I have access to the Presale sign-up?
Yes. New Premium members who join during the Presale sign-up period will immediately receive a Presale sign-up code on their membership profile.
Do I need to create a TIXR account to sign-up for the Presale?
Yes. To access the Presale sign-up and enter your unique code, you must create a TIXR account. If you already have a TIXR account, simply log in to enter your code..
When will Premium members who are selected to participate in the Presale be notified?
On Tuesday, March 19th, all members who are randomly selected for Premium member Presale access will be notified via email directly by TIXR, the official ticketing provider of Chief’s, and given their unique purchase code as well as instructions on how to use it.
For those who are randomly selected, when does the Presale begin?
If you are selected, Choir Ticket Presale begins Wednesday, March 20th at 10:00 AM CT.
If selected, how many tickets can I purchase?
If selected, Choir members are limited to 1 transaction, up to 4 tickets.
I am not a Premium Church Choir member, but I’m signed up to receive newsletters. Will I receive a Presale sign-up code?
No. Fans who sign-up for the newsletter only will not receive a Presale sign-up code. Go HERE to sign-up for your Premium Church Choir membership and gain access to a Presale sign-up code.
Will there be a General Onsale? When?
If tickets remain after the Choir Presale, General Onsale will begin Friday, March 22nd at 10:00 AM CT.
If I purchase tickets, when and where will I receive them?
Tickets will be available for pickup at the venue box office the evening of the show immediately prior to entering the venue. Name changes on orders will not be permitted.
Are all seats reserved seating?
Yes. All seats are reserved seating with pricing ranging from $99 to $499, with no additional fees. A portion of the proceeds benefit Chief Cares.
Are the shows all ages?
Yes, the shows are all ages, however, when the show ends, anyone under 21 will need to exit Chief’s as we are 21 plus after 8 pm.
Are tickets transferable?
No.
