How do I return?
- Please visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start your return request
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
We accept returns of your new/unused merchandise within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be in their original packaging if applicable with tags intact.
What items are non-returnable?
We are unable to process returns of items that are washed, worn, used, or abused. Items that arrive in shrink wrap or other packaging must be unopened to be eligible for return.
An item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is damaged in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of the shipment date.
Can I exchange for another item?
We allow store-wide exchanges of your returnable items. Once our warehouse receives your item(s), your exchange shipment will be processed within 1-3 business days.
How will I receive my refund?
If your return is approved, refunds for the full value of the merchandise will be credited to your account within approximately 1 business day from the date the return is received by Chief Merchandise. Funds will be returned to the credit card used for the purchase in accordance with the timeline established by your bank or credit card company.
How do I ship back the items?
Return instructions will be provided to you via email after placing the return request.
